그냥 변수 선언 같이 생겼는데

이게 함수처럼 되어있길래

뭐하라는 뜻인지 아리송해서 질문 올려봅니다.

 

이런 식의 선언(선언이 맞긴 한가;)은 뭐 할때 쓰는거죠?
