server optimized (update #1)

mysql optimized and repaired.

few apache settings have been changed.

cpu and RAM are inadequate but should be able to handle it until next update/upgrade.

if server still can't keep up with today's setting, i'd seriously consider nginx as a frontend.

update #1: forgot to mention that maybe it's time to upgrade XE. it gets too many "PHP Fatal error" from one of its socket handler. maybe it's a bug.
