Ib is made with RPG Maker 2000. Unfortunately, Neko Player isn't compatible with RPG Maker 2000.

Go to the app store and look up Choco Player (the one with the chocolate knight chess piece). That app can support Ib. Hope this helps, and thanks for using Neko Player.
